My grandfather ordered a selection of sausages here four months ago (June), paid for in advance through PayPal. To date, no goods have been delivered and all contact attempts have remained unanswered. Only once, two months ago, he received a call that the blood sausage had to be produced for the order. After that there was radio silence again. The offer to delete this sausage from the order also went unanswered. Two months ago, my grandfather switched on an arbitration board of the Chamber of Commerce with the offer to either transfer the money back, donate it or deliver the goods. They let the deadline for a response pass again. Conclusion: money transferred, no goods sent, none of the letters were ignored for four months (private and through the arbitration board). For me it is unbelievable how you can deal with a customer like that. This action reminds me of a grandchildren's trick.

After we had queued in front of the street vendors today, we were able to experience the following scenario: The saleswoman gave out the bratwurst from our predecessors with her bare hands, without gloves / grippers / tongs, then she took the customers' money and gave the appropriate Change back. She did the same for the following customers! We and other (contemplative) people then voluntarily gave up a bratwurst. Our health is more important to us. We will continue to avoid you because we have to assume that hygiene is a foreign word for you. Unfortunately I have to give a star to publish this disaster!

I had pre-ordered an offer, waited patiently in the store, one waitress didn't want to do anything, the other then snapped at me that it wasn't ready yet. I haven't seen anything like that impolite in a long time, no wonder why more and more specialist shops are closing. There was no nice hint that it still takes, just sniffing at the customer is also easier ...

I ate currywurst with french fries. The currywurst could have been hotter, the taste was ok. The waitress didn't understand that I wanted 2 curry sausages on a plate. Had to intervene several times with words.

Staff the woman who was on duty on Pentecost Sunday sold bratwurst was very unfriendly. I wanted to eat a bratwurst and asked if I could also sit down as I am 100% disabled She immediately said no. That's not how you deal with people. Kind regards. Fam.Molthan

Really really tasty !! We really are not big sausage eaters, but the bratwurst and the house salami are really unique! The Stracke is also a hit and in the in-house packaging a really nice gift! Now drive an extra 30 kilometers every few weeks to buy a little something, because there is nothing comparable in the surrounding area! Thank you very much and keep it up! best regards

About 10 years ago I was here the offer corresponded to the advertisement. The bigger the disappointment I experienced yesterday. The famous sausage was dry and shriveled. The fire pot was inedible tasted strongly of vinegar. Complaint revealed I would be wrong. No replacement. The wheat beer with pickup at 4 € too expensive. I think you can talk about rip-offs.

The food arrived almost 1 hour late and by and large are p. P 18 € far too much for the food. Not recommended
